Mechanism of Action
PEG-MGF is a PEGylated form of Mechano Growth Factor (MGF), an IGF-1Ec splice variant expressed in skeletal muscle following mechanical stress. PEGylation extends its systemic half-life by protecting the peptide from rapid proteolysis, allowing sustained satellite cell activation and myogenic signaling.
