Mechanism of Action
Prostamax is a Khavinson short-chain peptide bioregulator built around the tetrapeptide Lys-Glu-Asp-Pro (KEDP), derived from research on prostate tissue extracts. Khavinson peptides are proposed to act as tissue-specific gene-expression regulators that penetrate cell and nuclear membranes and bind directly to promoter regions of DNA to modulate transcription in their target organ.
