Mechanism of Action
Thymosin Alpha-1 (Tα1) is a 28-amino acid acetylated peptide originally isolated from thymic tissue that modulates innate and adaptive immunity by acting on toll-like receptors (primarily TLR2 and TLR9) on dendritic cells, promoting T-cell maturation, and enhancing pathogen-recognition pathways.
